The Doulagivers 9 Choice Advance Directive

The Doulagivers 9 Choice Advance Directive was created by Suzanne B. O’Brien RN after her extensive work with those at the end of life for over 2 decades as a hospice and oncology nurse. There is not one Advance Directive document available ( Up until now ) that encompasses all the necessary choices that a person needs to answer to not only have a positive end of life for themselves, but to guide their loved ones in a step by step plan on how to best support them in this last final phase.

This document is available by Doulagivers Institute for free so that everyone everywhere has the support they need to have a positive end of life.

Doulagivers Grief Guide

In today's world, we are not talking about the end of life, so it can be no surprise that we are not talking about grief. This lack of understanding, education and support is creating much more complicated and painful grief experiences - and it doesn't have to be and shouldn’t be this way. Losing someone or something we love can be extremely difficult. Navigating loss and grief can be a complicated process, but you don’t have to do it alone. The path to healing from grief starts with support, tools and answers to the many questions surrounding grief.

This Free Doulagivers Grief Guide is full of invaluable information to help you along your grief and bereavement journey. Be gentle with yourself during the grieving process - this guide will show you how.

Doulagivers Death Doula Guide

A Death Doula is a non-medical person trained to care for someone holistically (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually) at the end of life. This profession has grown exponentially over the last decade, but confusion still exists around it as it becomes more mainstream.

With so many different Death Doula trainings available and with most of them containing wildly varying curriculums, it is important to know what to look for. This Free Doulagivers Death Doula Guide was created to explain this burgeoning field of holistic end of life care and how to identify a professional training and/or Death Doula that’s right for you.
